The key to our successful building process? It's all about the approach—one that is time-tested, transparent, and easily enables the transformation of our client's vision into a reality. At Swanson Homes, we pride ourselves on creating relationships with homeowners that last long past the day we hand over the keys to their finished dream home.

General Build Timeline

From conception to plan, through construction and closing, Swanson Homes seek to employ a personalized approach to make the custom home-building process a rewarding experience.

1 - Home Design

Work with an Architect to create the perfect floor plan and home exterior that suits your needs.
2 - Interior Design

Begin Interior Design Process with Carbon 6 Interior team (or interior designer of your choosing), continuing through to final build phases.
3 - Break Ground

Begin the dig and foundation process in preparation for home structure
4 - Structure + Build

This phase includes framing all the way to final installs of cabinets, paint + stain, etc. This is the most time-consuming phase.
5 - Home Completion

Final touches, and final walkthrough! Install of any and all furnishings, window coverings, etc.
5 - Post Move-in Service

This phase begins your 90-day service as needed, followed by a 1-year post-move-in check.
