Work with an Architect to create the perfect floor plan and home exterior that suits your needs.
Interior Design
Begin Interior Design Process with Carbon 6 Interior team (or interior designer of your choosing), continuing through to final build phases.
Break Ground
Begin the dig and foundation process in preparation for home structure
Structure + Build
This phase includes framing all the way to final installs of cabinets, paint + stain, etc. This is the most time-consuming phase.
Home Completion
Final touches, and final walkthrough! Install of any and all furnishings, window coverings, etc.
Post Move-in Service
This phase begins your 90-day service as needed, followed by a 1-year post-move-in check.
